Yes. From Themes in your dashboard you can choose a colour scheme and layout that fits your brand. You can also upload your own logo and banner images.

Yes. Culina uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit and encrypts sensitive data at rest. We do not sell customer data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can cancel at any time from your Membership settings. Your account and menu will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Customers should contact the restaurant directly. Each restaurant sets its own refund and cancellation policy. Culina is not a party to transactions between restaurants and their customers.

No. Culina is a technology platform only. Each restaurant listed on Culina is an independent business solely responsible for preparing, pricing, and delivering its food. Culina does not handle food, process refunds on behalf of restaurants, or mediate disputes between restaurants and their customers.

Yes. Customers can submit star ratings and written reviews on your restaurant page. You can manage and respond to reviews from the Reviews section in your dashboard.

Go to Reports in your dashboard. You can filter by date range and export a PDF sales report that shows order totals, tax collected, discounts applied, and grand total. Detailed order history is also available.

Yes. From Settings > Tax Rates you can add multiple named tax rates (e.g. GST, PST, VAT), set each as inclusive or exclusive, and apply them to individual menu categories or all categories at once.

Each restaurant gets a unique QR code. Customers scan it with any smartphone camera, browse the digital menu, add items to their cart, and place an order — no app download required.

No. Culina charges a flat subscription fee only. We do not take a percentage of your orders or revenue. All payments from customers go directly to you through your configured payment gateway.

Culina supports multiple online payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, and others configurable from your dashboard) as well as offline methods such as cash on delivery or pay at counter. You control which options your customers see.

No. Culina is designed so any restaurant owner can set up and manage their menu, taxes, payment methods, and orders without any coding or technical background.

Use the Get Started flow at culina.app/get-started. You will register your restaurant, import or build your menu, and go live in minutes. A QR code is generated automatically for you to print and place on tables.
